FCC Environment submitted the planning application and associated Environmental Impact Assessment to Midlothian Council on the 31st March 2015.

The consultation process for the application ended with additional Environmental Information being submitted by FCC as part of a Regulation 23 submission dated 29th June 2015. This submission was made following the responses received on the initial application consultation process. Details submitted under this Reg 23 submission can be found on the Council website as linked below.
The planning application is currently awaiting final determination and the application and associated consultation responses can be found on the Midlothian Councils website by clicking here.
